2 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Cup Egg White
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Wheat Flour
2/3 Cup Oats
2 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Packet Sucralose
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Oz (approx 60 pcs) Semisweet Chocolate
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Line a muffin pan with paper cups.
Mash banana and combine all wet ingredients in a bowl and whisk together well.
Combine all dry ingredients (excluding chocolate chips) in a bowl and whisk together well.
Mix wet ingredients into the dry until homogenous.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into prepare muffin tin.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
