1 Cup Blueberries
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Date, pitted Dates
1 Tbsp Oats
1 Tbsp Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
PREPARATION: Peel and slice a banana.
Put half of the banana slices in one freezer bag, and the other half in another bag.
Add ½ cup of blueberries to each bag, and place in freezer for at least four hours.
Add one bag of banana and blueberries to blender.
Add the date, oats, almond milk and almond butter, and process until creamy and smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk.
