1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Maple Syrups
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
1 Lb Brussels Sprouts
4 Strip cooked Bacon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl whisk together the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, oil, salt, and pepper
Add the brussel sprouts to the balsamic mixture and toss them until they are completely coated
Pour the brussel sprouts out on to the baking sheet in a single layer and place them on the middle rack of the oven
Roast the brussel sprouts for 30-35 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook bacon in a sauté pan over medium heat until desired crispiness is reached.
Drain on paper towels, chop, and set aside.
Pour the brussel sprouts into a serving dish and toss them together with the cooked, diced bacon.
