1 Medium Squash
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Dash Salt
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1 Dash Pepper
1 Tsp Olive Oil
Rinse, dry, and cut squash in half.
Lightly coat halves in olive oil.
Place halves on a baking tray skin side down.
Sprinkle seed side with spices.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 mins.
