Ingredients

3 Cup, chopped Kale
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Tsp Paprika
1/4 Tsp, ground Cumin
1/4 Tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Wash the kale and pat dry with a paper towel.

Now carefully tear the leaves from the stem, then rip them further into bite size pieces.

Set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, cayenne, paprika, cumin and sea salt.

Stir thoroughly and make sure the spices don’t clump together.

Add the kale leaves to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the mixture of spices and oil.

Lay the kale out on a flat cooking tray, making sure that the pieces do not overlap.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake the kale until the edges turn slightly brown, about 10-12 minutes.

The chips should be slightly crunchy, particularly around the edges.
