2 1/4 Lb Tilapia
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
2 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1/4 Cup Water
3 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp, ground Cumin
1 Tsp Curry Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Wash fillets and pat dry. Place fish in baking dish and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, and whisk thoroughly. Evenly pour mixture over fish.
Bake fish for about 15 minutes until opaque in center.
