3 Strip cooked Bacon
6 Large Egg
1 Cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Tsp Salt
8 Oz Swiss Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Fry the bacon pieces over medium heat until brown and crispy; drain on paper towel.
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the cream and salt; mix well.
Arrange the cheese and bacon evenly in the bottom of a greased 9-10 inch glass pie plate.
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
Bake 35-40 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
