1 Strip Bacon
4 Oz Ground Bison
1 Tbsp Cream Cheese
1 Extra large Egg
1/4 Cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Tsp, ground Oregano
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Cup, shredded Mexican Cheese
1 Cup Marinara Sauce
4 Cup Cheese
Cook chopped bacon and ground bison until bison is browned throughout and bacon is crispy; drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat together cream cheese and eggs in a bowl.
Add cream, parmesan cheese, and spices and mix again.
Spray a circular pan with non-stick cooking spray and sprinkle the Mexican cheese into the dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes and let stand for 5 minutes.
Spread on pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and meats.
Place the pizza back in the oven and bake until its bubbly and browning (about 15 minutes)
Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
