4 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Cup, shredded Cabbage
1 Medium Carrots
1 Cup Fresh Cilantro
2 1/2 Cup White Beans
1/2 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp chopped Onions
1 Fruit Avocados
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Whisk vinegar, oil, and salt and then toss in cabbage, shredded carrot and cilantro.
Mash together beans and avocado in a separate bowl.
Add cheese and onion to avocado and bean mixture.
Spread bean-avocado mixture onto a tortillas and then top the cabbage-carrot slaw.
Fold in ends and roll up.
