1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Tbsp chopped Scallions
1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Garlic
1 Slice, large (4-1/2" x 3-1/4" x 3/4") Italian Bread
Mash avocado and add chopped scallion, lemon, and garlic.
Mix well.
Toast bread.
Top with avocado mash and enjoy!
