3 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
1 Fruit Avocados
4 Tortilla Tortillas
1/2 Cup Hummus
1/4 Cup, shredded Monterey Cheese
2 Tsp Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the middle.

Slice into thin pieces.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the hummus onto a tortilla and spread into a strip.

Top with avocado and cheese, and tightly roll.

Place the taquito on the baking sheet, seam side down.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients and brush the tops with olive oil.

Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, until golden brown.
