1/4 Cup Wild Rice
1/4 Cup Lentils
1/4 Cup chopped Celery
1/2 Cup chopped Carrots
2 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Chard
1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
Prepare wild rice and lentils as per package directions.
Mix together well once cooked.
Chop celery, carrots, chard, and spinach.
Toss with the lentil/rice mixture.
Top with chopped avocado and enjoy!
