Ingredients

1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
10 Oz Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Lime Juice
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Parsley
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Medium (3" dia) Apples
1/4 Cup chopped Celery
1/2 Onion Onions

Directions

Spray a pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium-high.

Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink.

Let rest 5 minutes before chopping into bite sized pieces; set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

Pour the dressing over the chicken-avocado mixture.

Toss gently until everything is well coated.

Serve as a salad or wrapped in lettuce leaves.
