1/2 Cup, chopped Onions
1/2 Fruit Avocados
1/2 Cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
2 Oz Tuna
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Parsley
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
Dice onion, avocado, and tomato.
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
Chill before serving.
