1 Slice large Multi-Grain Bread
1/2 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1/2 Can (16 oz) Pink Salmon
1 Tsp Salt
Toast bread.
Drain salmon.
Mash avocado in a bowl.
Mix in the salmon and season with salt, to taste.
Spread avocado/salmon mixture onto toast and enjoy!
