2 Cup, chopped or diced Chicken Breast
1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
2/3 Oz Greek Yogurt
1/2 Tsp Garlic
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 Fruit (2" dia) Limes
Spray pan with non-stick spray and heat over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 7-12 minutes or untlil cooked through and no longer pink.
In a medium bowl mash together avocado and greek yogurt until smooth.
Stir in garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken and red onion to avocado mixture and stir until all ingredients are combined.
Squeeze in half the juice from the lime.
Give it a taste, squeeze in the rest of the lime if needed.
Serve in a wrap, in a pita, or anyway you typically enjoy chicken salad
