1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
1 teaspoon (3 g) minced garlic
2 tablespoons (12 g) fresh ginger, peeled and minced
1/4 cup (60 ml) Reduced-Sodium Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
1 teaspoon (1.2 g) red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g) black pepper
3 tablespoons (12 g) fresh cilantro, chopped
2 pounds (905 g) tuna steaks

Mix all ingredients except the tuna in a bowl or baking dish that is just big enough to hold the steaks in one layer.

Add the steaks and turn them to coat.

Marinate for 30 minutes.

Grill or pan-fry the steaks, turning once, until medium to medium-rare, about 4 minutes per side.
