Ingredients

1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Medium (3" dia) Apples
1/4 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Cup Spinach
1/2 Fl oz Newman'S Own Low Fat Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink.

Let chicken rest before chopping into bite sized pieces.

Chop apple and shred cheese.

Slice apple.

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and toss well.

Top with the dressing and serve.
