Ingredients

1/4 Tsp, ground Cumin
2 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potato
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 Medium Tomatoes
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Directions

Chop onion and tomatoes.

Peel and cube potatoes.

Lightly brown onion in oil in a medium size skillet.

Stir in salt, cayenne, turmeric and cumin.

Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add tomatoes, cover pan and cook until potatoes are soft, about 10 minutes.
