1/2 Cup Almond Butter
1 Small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana
1 Extra large Egg
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Maple Syrups
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
4 Oz Peanut Butter Chips


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and set aside.

Place ingredients, except peanut butter chips, into the bowl of a food processor and blend until well combined.

Transfer batter to a mixing bowl, stir in the peanut butter chips and then spoon the batter until nearly full into the muffin tin.

Cook for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool and enjoy!
