Ingredients

2/3 Cup Almond Butter
2 Extra large Egg
1/2 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/3 Cup Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Sunflower Seed Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Cinnamon
0 Tsp Salt
2/3 Cup Blueberries

Directions

Preheat waffle iron and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together almond butter, eggs, banana, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and almond milk until well combined and there aren't any large lumps.

Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix until well combined.

Gently fold in blueberries

Spoon batter into waffle iron and cook until steam stops and waffles are golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.

Repeat with remaining batter.
