1 Cup Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp Honey
5 2/3 Cup Rolled Oats
1 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter With Omega-3
Whisk coconut cream until the mixture is smooth.
Add honey and mix well.
Add peanut butter and mix everything together with a spoon.
Add uncooked oatmeal and mix well.
You may need to use your hands at this point (use disposable gloves)
Line a dish with parchment.
Fill dish with the mixture until flat.
Chill overnight and then cut into 12-16 bars.
